Dr Jonathan Ward DC, PhD(c), MS, DIBCN

Dr. Jonathan Ward is a leading expert in clinical neuroscience and health sciences. He is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Health Sciences (Neuroscience) at Liberty University, where his doctoral research focuses on advanced eye-movement assessments for the detection and screening of Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI).

With a career spanning academic leadership and specialized clinical practice, Dr. Ward has served as the Department Chairperson of Clinical Neuroscience.  His extensive teaching background includes instructing graduate-level courses in Pain Physiology, ANS Disorders, and Advanced Neurological Examination.

As a Diplomate of the International Board of Chiropractic Neurology (DIBCN) and a certified specialist in Electrodiagnosis (EDX), Dr. Ward brings a high level of scientific rigor to the medicolegal field. He specializes in providing individualized medical nexus opinions for veterans, utilizing the 9 Bradford Hill Criteria for Causation to ensure every report meets the highest standards of evidence and defensibility. His clinical expertise covers complex neurological and musculoskeletal conditions, including neurodegeneration, myelopathies, and peripheral nerve entrapments.

This work is critical in understanding the progression of acute injuries to chronic neurodegenerative conditions and identifying fall risks in geriatric populations.
